Beijing Airport Restrictions CDAC 2019: China CAA has released details of operational restrictions at Beijing Capital International Airport (ZBAA) ahead of the Conference on Dialogue of Asian Civilizations (CDAC). Here’s what operators need to know…

Operational Restrictions at ZBAA
  • Slots will be allocated to CDAC-participating aircraft in priority
  • During opening and closing ceremony periods (May 13-16 and May 21-23) only one slot will be provided for non-CDAC participating aircraft
  • Conference participating aircraft shall provide sponsor letters issued by the committee and note CDAC in permit applications
  • Non-CDAC participating aircraft must leave ZBAA before 1600z on May 11
  • From May 12-17, the airport will not accept parking requests for non-CDAC participating aircraft, except for medical and emergency flights
  • Parking for more than 24 hours for non-participating aircraft or overnight parking for G650 or C category aircraft won’t be permitted between 0040z on May 11 – 1600z on May 17
  • Parking for CDAC participating aircraft will be allocated on a first-come, first served basis
