Up to date with the air traffic management system announced by the FAA for the Ryder Cup in Minneapolis?

The FAA has released a Letter to Airmen (LTA) referencing required routes out of the Minneapolis, MN area airports between Sunday, October 2 at 1500 local (2000z) and Monday, October 3 at 1200 local (1700z). The LTA is included below. Flight operators departing ANE, FCM, LVN, MIC and STP during the dates and times listed above should file the routes outlined in the LTA.

Due to the large volume of traffic in the Minneapolis area for the Ryder Cup, a traffic management initiative has been put in place for the departure traffic beginning Sunday, October 2nd at 3 pm through Monday, October 3rd at noon. This initiative will help keep a safe and efficient flow of traffic. Jet and Turboprop aircraft departing from the affected satellite airports climbing above 10,000msl are expected to be filed on one of the following routes:

ANE Departures:
Traffic departing to western destinations: ANE DARWIN SIX…(then as filed)
Traffic departing to southern destinations: ANE ORKSY Nine…(then as filed)
Traffic departing to eastern destinations: ANE GEP HYR…(then as filed)

FCM Departures:
Traffic departing to western destinations: FCM DARWIN SIX…(then as filed)
Traffic departing to southern destinations: FCM ORKSY Nine…(then as filed)
Traffic departing to eastern destinations: FCM GEP HYR…(then as filed)

LVN Departures:
Traffic departing to western destinations: LVN INUNE DWN ABR …(then as filed)
Traffic departing to southern destinations: LVN PEDLN ORKSY ONTIJ…(then as filed)

STP Departures:
Traffic departing to western destinations: STP DARWIN SIX…(then as filed)

Traffic not on one of these routes may be delayed until there are no other departures affected by the filed route. These routes will de-conflict departure traffic from MSP International and allow traffic to flow efficiently.
