Canadian Immigration

Non-EU passengers

  • A visa is required
  • Visitors are required to hold proof of sufficient funds to cover their stay and documents required for their next destination, even if they hold a visa
  • Certain Visa regulations apply as follows: Visitors who are not holding return/onward tickets could be refused entry

Non-EU crew

Canada has no agreement with other countries which require members of a crew to obtain visas before entering Canada as crew members. Therefore, crew members who seek entry as or in order to become a crew member, are visa exempt if holding airline crew documents issued in accordance with International Civil Aviation Organization specifications and airline joining letters.
